September 4, 2024 We’ve celebrated a major milestone in preserving 243 affordable homes across seven rural Minnesota communities! Thanks to a $12 million rehabilitation effort and strong partnerships with USDA Rural Development, Minnesota Housing, the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund and NeighborWorks America, and others, we’re ensuring these homes remain accessible for years to come.
