We serve communities throughout southwestern Minnesota, in an area stretching from Willmar to Luverne to Albert Lea. Our development partners in the region include the Southwest Regional Development Commission, Southwestern Minnesota Opportunity Council (SMOC (507) 376-4195 / 1-800-658-2444 ), United Community Action, Prairie Five Community Action Council, and Three Rivers Community Action Council.

The Partnership is also an active member of several regional and national housing and community development associations. We are affiliated with Rural LISC, Enterprise Community Partners, Housing Partnership Network, ArtPlace America, and are a Chartered Member of NeighborWorks® America.
