Worthington HRA owns and manages a total of 136 Units of Public Housing in the City of Worthington. These units include one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments, houses, and duplexes. The sites include the Atrium Hi-Rise, Lucy Square Townhomes, and various scattered houses and duplexes located throughout Worthington. The Worthington HRA also owns and manages 64 units of Market Rate Housing in Worthington to include: “Prairie Acres” and “Rising Sun Estates”

Our goal is to provide a broad scope of quality mental health services to people of all ages and economic backgrounds who reside in Cottonwood, Jackson, Nobles, Pipestone, and Rock counties. We do not deny services based on ability to pay, race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, or sexual orientation. SWMH is licensed by the Minnesota Dept. of Human Services and has fully qualified credentialed staff who offer a variety of mental health services. Our multidisciplinary staff includes social workers, marriage and family therapists, mental health therapists, mental health practitioners, and peer support specialists. Consulting psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners see clients by appointment.
