Development Administration Services – To provide a broad array of services to support single family development, the Partnership provides Development Administration Services (DAS). To facilitate your development the Staff at the Partnership can provide:
  • Mortgage Advisory Services - guide potential buyers through the maze of first and soft second mortgage products. Assist buyers as needed, step by step, toward a purchase.
  • Lending Services - process soft secondary products awarded to projects to increase affordability for buyers. Manage loan document/files. Monitor loan pools.
  • Closing Services - negotiate sales and coordinate transaction. Prepare for closing and manage information with buyer immediately before closing.
  • Marketing - team up with project owner to develop and disseminate marketing information on project/homes.
